Frequently Asked Questions
Can I register my device for the same day?
If you are registering the device on the day you wish to have it repaired, please contact us first so that we can check if the part is in stock.
Can I drop by the store without an appointment?
Certainly! There is no need to make an appointment.
How long will it take before my repair is ready?
Most repairs are completed within 1 hour. If a repair takes longer, we will always let you know when you drop it off. Would you like to know how long a repair will take in advance? Check "View prices" or contact us. If you have sent your device to us, we ensure that we return your repaired device within 24 hours. (For more information, see our shipping page.)
Can I also send in my device?
When you register your repair, you can choose to send in your device. You will receive a shipping label from us and you can drop off your package at a PostNL location near you. Once your device has arrived and been repaired, we will send an invoice with an iDEAL payment link. After receiving payment, we will return your device free of charge.
How long is the warranty on my repair?
We provide a 1-year warranty on our repairs (See our terms and conditions)
What is the difference between compatible, OEM, and original?
Compatible, OEM, and original parts can vary significantly in price. OEM is identical to the original but typically does not always come directly from the manufacturer. As a result, you may receive a notification on your Apple phone. This also applies when choosing "compatible." Additionally, compatible is a cheaper alternative using 3rd-party parts that resemble the original but have a slightly lower quality. For more information, please visit our Apple IRP page
