Sales Specialist - Full-time/part-time (m/f)
Job description:
As a sales specialist at MobielRepair, you are the face of our store and the first point of contact for our customers. You provide a warm welcome, help customers identify issues with their devices, and advise them on the purchase of new products. You have a customer-friendly and service-oriented attitude and are able to communicate clearly and effectively. You play a crucial role in the customer satisfaction process by ensuring that customers are well-informed.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Advising customers on the purchase of products and/or subscriptions
- Selling devices and other related products
- Accepting repairs and/or diagnosing issues
- Inventory management and purchasing store stock
- Making our customers happy

Looking for a fun part-time job in the world of smartphones and electronics?
Job description:
As a technical employee at MobielRepair, you will be performing repairs on a variety of devices. From the initial diagnosis to performing and verifying repairs on phones, tablets, and computers.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Accepting repairs and/or diagnosing problems
- Inventorying and purchasing necessary parts
- Testing and checking repaired devices
We are looking for:
- Availability of 6-20 hours per week
- Affinity with smartphones and other electronics
