How does it work?
- View the rates and schedule your repair online here using the planner below, or contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email. You choose a time that suits you.
- Choose your location. You can drop by our shop in Middelharnis (Nieuwstraat 40, walk-ins welcome) or our service point at Electro World in Ouddorp (Weststraat 35, by appointment only). Prefer not to travel? You can also simply send your device to us — we will provide you with a shipping label, and we will return the device free of charge after the repair.
- We check and repair your device. Our certified technicians assess the problem and repair it using original or high-quality parts. Most repairs are completed within an hour; if it takes longer, we will let you know in advance.
- Pick up your device or have it returned by mail. If you visit us, you can take your repaired device with you immediately. If you sent it in, you will receive an invoice with a payment link, and we will return the device after payment.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between compatible, OEM, and original?
Compatible, OEM, and original can vary significantly in price. OEM is identical to the original but generally does not always come directly from the manufacturer. As a result, you may receive a notification on your phone from Apple. This also applies when choosing "compatible." Additionally, compatible is a cheaper alternative using 3rd-party parts that resemble the original but have a slightly lower quality. For more information, please visit our Apple IRP page
Can I come by the store without an appointment?
Certainly, there is no need to make an appointment. Provided the part is in stock, we can carry out most repairs immediately. To ensure that the part is reserved and that we have time for you right away, we do recommend scheduling an appointment. You can do this here online on this page, by phone, via WhatsApp, or by email.
Can I register my device for the same day?
Is this a repair for today? To be sure, please contact us by phone or via WhatsApp at 0187 - 724 988. This allows us to check if the part is in stock and ensure you won't face any unexpected delays.
How long will it take before my repair is ready again?
Most repairs are completed within 1 hour. Should the repair take longer, we will always inform you when you drop it off. Would you like to know in advance how long a repair takes? Please check: "View prices" or contact us. If you have sent your device to us, we will ensure that your repaired device is sent back to you within 24 hours. Can I also send in my device?
When registering your repair, you can choose to send in your device. We will provide you with a shipping label, and you can drop off your package at a PostNL location near you. Once your device has arrived and been repaired, we will send you an invoice with an iDEAL payment link. Upon receipt of payment, we will return your device to you free of charge.
How long is the warranty on my repair?
We provide a 1-year warranty on our repairs (See our terms and conditions)
MobielRepair is an Independent Repair Provider (IRP). See: https://support.apple.com/en-us/repair/verify-repair-provider. This means we meet the strict requirements set by Apple for working on its equipment. We also have access to the same diagnostic tools, repair calibration software, and genuine parts used by Apple. This ensures that your Apple product is repaired in the most reliable and safe way possible.
Would you like to have your Apple iPhone, iMac, or Macbook repaired with official parts? Please let us know, or select "original" when registering your repair online. Please keep in mind that your repair will often take longer than usual and that the repair is more expensive. Also, "Find My iPhone" must be disabled, and personal details will be shared with Apple.
What happens if I don't have my iPhone repaired with original parts?
The functionality of your device is identical regardless of whether you choose "Original" or "OEM". If you choose not to have your iPhone repaired with original parts, your phone will display a notification in the settings.
